Holy giant thrift haul !

Since sweater weather is upon us, I thought I would share some of my thrifted sweaters. The first is a Ralph Lauren sweater set that I bought at a garage sale last summer. I paid a steep 6.00, which is expensive for a garage sale, but the woman had worked for Ralph Lauren!! Everything at the sale was Ralph Lauren suits, pants, ect, but everything else was too big. Bummer. Even though the set is a bit large, I can use it to layer up this winter.
The orange pull over is another summer garage sale find, its a pull over Banana republic. I love this one so much, I even pulled it out for summer nights even though it wasn’t quite cool enough yet. I paid around 2.00.
The gray and sheer cream sweaters are fairly new and both thrift store scores. The sheer cream one had the tag ripped out but I couldn’t resist, its softer than anything I’ve ever felt before! It was a must have. The long grey sweater is by Kenzie. It more of a lounging sweater, kinda big and wraps around you. Perfect for drinking morning coffee in. These were around both around 4.00 each.
Since finding these wonderful pieces I have also thrifted many sweater shavers. They are so easy to find at larger thrift stores and it really renews the look of used sweaters.

So Ive been trying to incorporate more dresses into my wardrobe and today was the perfect day for it. I managed to pick up 2 silk dresses for $8.00!!! The blue green dress is by Chaiken and although it doesn’t look as good on me as it does on the runway model, it still makes me feel like a million bucks, its gorgeous!
The yellow dress is Ralph Lauren Black Label, and although I’ll have to wait months till the weather heats up again I thought for 2.50, its worth the wait.
The pretty blue purse is by NESS, a brand I am not familiar with untill today. Ness apparent is a Scottish brand that uses plaids and tweeds in their designs. It seems to be of good quality and is pretty. The belt is just a basic stretch belt with a strawberry buckle. Thought it was kinda fun. Both of these items together:$5.50

I quickly went thrifting this morning before work and wanted to share my great finds with you. I bought a red, short sleeve belted blazer and long denim flare skirt. Both Ralph Lauren! The strange black blouse is a vintage Diane Von Furstenberg. Very unique (maybe even a touch ugly?) But I love it and will wear it. I love the shoulder applet detail on both the blouse and blazer. I bought all these items for 12.70! only about 4.23 an item!

These beauties came into my life about 3 months ago. They’re pretty much your standard driving moc except with a calf hair top. They look like they’ve never been worn outside. Super comfy and they’re Ralph Lauren. Can’t get better than that. Except the price, a whopping 4.49! Awesome.

This is one of my favorite things. As you’ll soon realize, I’m a huge Ralph Lauren fan and I’ll probably post about RL finds often. I ran across this about 2 months ago, thought it was different and fun. I mean it’s a cape!! A Ralph Lauren cape even! I did pay a steep 14.99 for it, but apparently capes are in right now. Complete thrift score!
