Thrifted some nearly new goods for around 30.00 the other day.

Found a cute banana republic strapless dress with tags still on it.

Bought a pair of aviator RayBan thrifting today. They  are new and still had the original tag of 140.00 on them.  Thrift score! plus they’re gonna make a sweet birthday gift.

Another pair of shoes from my closet just made it to the chopping block thanks to my thrifted pair of Tod’s driving loafer. Out with the old, in with the new-er.

My Mr’s thrift score last week. We’re getting rid of our electric coffee maker and replacing it with this awesome press.

I was cleaning some bins out in the garage when I found one of my very first thrift scores. I bought it around 1999-2000 and although I’ve only worn it a few times, its one item I refuse to re-donate. I just love the swirl of orange,brown and blue and hope to one day wear this amazing dress again.

I thrifted two incredible bags recently. The first is a coach carryall tote and although it wasn’t a complete thrift score at $20.00, It was a must have. The second was practically a thrift steal. I bought this gorgeous, mint green, nautical handle kate spade for $4.99!!

Its not unusual to walk out of a thrift store empty handed, but its more common  that I find a few key pieces I cant live without,Then every once in a great while, I have a thrift shopping day like last Thursday.

Popped into my favorite thrift store this morning and found 5 awesome items for under 20 dollars.  The best part was that dresses were 20% off today. The zebra print design is a BCBG max azria. The other is a silk Trina Turk dress. My first Trina Turk! I’ve been waiting for this one.

Banana republic silk tiered skirt and super cute Lucky brand tank.

These pretty Ann taylor flats are practically brand new. There is absolutely no wear or dirt on the soles.

I’m very pleased with my mini thrift haul. My total:: $18.65!

Found some darling skirts for spring and one more meant for fall recently. I really love skirts and the way the right skirt twirls when you wear it. The first skirt is a pink silk banana republic skirt. Bought it half off (about $2.50) I love everything bout this one except the length. Its my first calf length skirt and I’ll have to experiment with looks to keep it from looking odd. Any suggestions?

The 2nd skirt is a pale pink Cacharel cotton skirt. This is the perfect girly twirl skirt. Very lightweight.This was my only one not half off. (about $5.00)

My 3rd skirt is a wool/ silk skirt by elevenses (apparently a brand at anthropology that I’m unfamiliar with). A steal at $2.50. I just bought it because of the fabric bows and the silk lining. Look at the cute little horse jockeys printed on the the inside!! I see myself going to the neighborhood cafe and drinking tea in this skirt. Every girl needs a tea skirt.
