Found these awesome items on the Halloween rack. A white strapless, string lace, Betsey Johnson dress and brand new, silk covered satin skirt by Free People. Both items together were under $10!
I swear that I drooled over this tie-dyed, silk, C&C California top when I spotted it on revolve clothing a long while back for at least 100 dollars, so imagine how thrilled I was to find it for 3.27 on the Halloween rack! Thrift Score!
Another great reason to thrift? Discovering designers that you wouldn’t normally be exposed to. Today on my Sunday thrifting trip I spotted a vintage looking, strapless, wiggle dress. I held it up, checked the tags and put it back since I was not familiar with the designer, but 20 minutes later I was still thinking about it and put it in my cart.
Bought this discontinued Coach mercer purse for 7.00 this morning. It didn’t have a tag and I didn’t have time to check its authenticity. I was pretty unsure about it but for 7 bucks I thought “what the heck?” I’m happy it’s real!
Hit a few thrift stores in the last few days and way blown away by the amount of sunglasses coming through. Being an eye wear collector I was thrilled. For a dollar or less I picked up 7 pairs. Here are my favorites.
Top-bottom: Marc Jacobs, Oakley, Gucci, Kate Spade.
Not pictured: Serengeti, Made in France basic black sunglasses, and Burberry reading glasses.
Bought this cheap monday track blazer yesterday at Goodwill for 5 bucks. Its pretty awesome. Its made of track jacket material, cut like a blazer and has a reflective skull logo on the back. Thrift Score!
I am always surprised by all the abused designer purses I find at the thrift stores. I mean if I were to ever drop a couple hundred on a nice purse, you better believe I’d clean it,condition it and keep it covered when not in use. Yesterday I found the nastiest, most beat up Coach I had ever seen, but for 10 bucks I thought it fun project. (before and after pictures below)
Found these awesome, nearly new, black, Cole Haan Boots at goodwill yesterday for only 7 bucks. Along with an ipad cover for 1.99! Thrift score!
I’ve been traveling some this summer as well as working quite a bit, yet my busy schedule hasn’t kept me from hitting up the thrift stores and garage sales. It has just kept me from posting as often. Time to catch up!
Found this Dooney all weather leather 500 miles from home, near Reno Nevada. Its perfect for hiking around town and sightseeing. Only paid $4.97!
Garage sale find last weekend! I love garage sales!
